What Is Kindle?

What Is Kindle?
I have been asked by several of my friends and family about my newest craze. What is Kindle! Are you kidding me, are you living under a rock? Okay I wasn't that mean to them. Some of them would never ever even think of going online or getting involved with technology, but that's okay, because even they could find enjoyment with a Kindle.

This Page is not really meant to be a review of the Kindle technically. It is meant to be a love story, between me and my Kindle.

Our Isabel survived this tragedy, make sure yours does too. Read the details of what we learned and went through. Keep your dog safe.

Good Work From The ASPCA- Missouri Puppy Mills Shut Down

I was never so happy as to hear that the Bill to Close the Puppy Mills in Missouri had passed with a resounding victory. So many dogs were rescued and cared for. It is just unbelievably wonderful. I am so happy to support the ASPCA and all the good work they do.  I hope all you dear readers are too.

As a result of the shutting down of the puppy mills, many many dogs needed to be adopted. Here is the story of one such little guy named Peanut.

Truly remarkable how wonderful it is that the ASPCA campaigns to close puppy mills would be so successful. Such great work by them and the responsive voters in Missouri. Now these little rescued dogs need homes. Here is one little guy that got his new home.

My Puppy Mill Puppy, Abigail

This is the story of my Abigail, a female Golden Retriever. We got her when she was five weeks old and it was the best decision I ever made. She was my heart and she was my friend. She was also my puppy mill puppy. We didn't know when we purchased her, but we were contacted later and the people that contacted us even offered to euthanize her since she was obviously such a disappointment. Ha! Were they crazy? I would not have given up one second of my time with her. In fact she was the reason I started my blog, Symptoms In Dogs. Because she had so many physical problems, I wanted to help others with their babies. I hope you will take the time to meet my precious little girl.

ASPCA is in Missouri Shutting Down Puppy Mills, We Need to Help | Symptoms In Dogs

Missouri is my home state. It is shocking and disgusting to me that it is also one of the largest puppy mill producing states in the Union. It hurts my heart to even think about it because as you know, my love Abigail came from one of them. We didn’t know that at the time, but it makes no difference. We rescued her but we didn’t do anything to shut them down. It must be done!

The ASPCA is in St. Clair County, Missouri. They are removing 34 dogs from another puppy mill. It marks the third time in one week that the ASPCA has been contacted to help transfer dogs and puppies from Missouri puppy mills, as well as private residences, were owners did not care for the animals properly.

This is so important, I want everyone to pay attention and stop this cruelty and inhumane treatment of innocent dogs and puppies. I HATE Puppy Mills. This is a post I made on my Symptoms In Dogs Blog.
